NEOGreeks ("we", "us", "Platform") operated by Davision Tech is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Platform at neogreeks.com.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with servers located in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We never see, receive or store your broker password, PIN, TOTP/OTP or 2FA secret. You sign in on your broker's own website. NEOGreeks is only handed back a short-lived access token by the broker at the end of that flow.
The token permits reading market data and, where you explicitly place an order from the terminal, acting on that instruction. It cannot be used to withdraw funds or change your broker account settings.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
Advertising cookies. Pages that carry advertising — the IPO GMP page, the Scanner page, and the terminal and profile pages for accounts without an active plan — load an advertising network's script, which may set cookies or read device identifiers there to serve and measure ads. Pages without advertising, including the home, features and pricing pages, do not load any advertising script at all. Accounts with an active paid plan are not shown ads and no advertising script is loaded for them anywhere on the Platform.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). Consent is given by ticking an unticked box yourself — when you create an account, submit a support or contact request, or apply for a subscription — and nothing proceeds until you do. Consent to marketing emails is separate and optional.
For every consent we keep a record of what you agreed to, which version of this notice was shown, the page, and the date and time recorded by our server, so that we can show when and how consent was given. Accounts created before 21 October 2026 are asked for consent once on their next sign-in.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: switch marketing emails off from your profile, or write to the Grievance Officer below. Withdrawing consent to these Terms and this Privacy Notice means we close your account, as the Platform cannot be provided without it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
To exercise any of these rights, email the Grievance Officer at team@davisiontech.com from the email address on your account. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Records of consent given or withdrawn are kept as long as needed to demonstrate that consent, as the DPDP Act requires.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If a change affects how we process your personal data, we will tell you and ask for your consent again on the Platform before you continue.
